Effective 1 September 2026 · Last updated 1 September 2026

1. Who we are

MPINGO CLOTHING LLC ("MPINGO", "we", "us") is a limited liability company registered in the United States, with its address at 903 Keil Rd, Toledo, OH 43607. We are the data controller for the processing described in this policy.

Privacy contact: admin@mpingoclick.com

2. Domains covered by this policy

This policy applies to all click measurement traffic served on the following domains and any of their subdomains:

This policy expressly covers all domains submitted by MPINGO CLOTHING LLC for Google Transparent Click Tracker Certification. If we add a tracking domain in future, this list is updated before that domain carries any traffic.

It applies in addition to the privacy notice published on babblingbulbe.com, which governs our online store. Where the two differ in relation to click measurement, this policy controls.

3. What we collect when a tracking link is clicked

This is the complete list. Every field below is written to our click log; nothing else about the click is retained.

4. The access request form

If you submit the "Request access" form on this website, we collect the company name, contact name, work email address, company website, the domains you tell us about, your estimated click volume, and anything you write in the free-text field. We use this solely to evaluate and respond to your request. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We keep unsuccessful requests for 12 months and successful ones for the life of the business relationship plus six years. Your submission is emailed to our team and stored on our own server; it is not passed to any advertising or marketing platform, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

We store a hashed form of your IP address for one hour to rate-limit the form against automated abuse.

5. What we do not do

Our internal reporting dashboard, which only our own staff can reach, keeps an access token in the browser's session storage for the duration of a session. No other browser storage is used anywhere on our domains.

6. Legal basis

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) in measuring the effectiveness of our own advertising and in detecting invalid traffic. Because we set no cookies and store no identifiers on the user's device, no ePrivacy consent is required for the redirect itself. Consent for any analytics or advertising technology on babblingbulbe.com is collected separately on that site.

7. Sharing

Click data is used only by MPINGO CLOTHING LLC. It is not made available to third-party advertisers, networks, or data brokers. We use the following processors, bound by written data-processing agreements:

ProcessorRoleLocation
Our hosting providerRunning the redirect endpoint and storing click logsUnited States
Cloudflare, Inc.Authoritative DNS, TLS termination, DDoS protection, edge loggingGlobal edge network
Our email providerDelivering access request notifications and our repliesUnited States

We may disclose data where required by law, or to protect against fraud and abuse of our advertising spend.

8. International transfers

Data is processed in the United States. Where personal data originates in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, transfers are made under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with supplementary technical measures, principally the fact that IP addresses are hashed on receipt.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents may exercise rights of access, deletion, and correction, and to opt out of sale or sharing — though as stated above, we do neither.

To make a request, email admin@mpingoclick.com. Because we do not store direct identifiers, please include the full tracking URL you clicked and the approximate time, or the mp_clkid value from the landing page URL, so that we can locate the relevant records. We respond within 30 days.

10. Security

All traffic is served over HTTPS with HSTS. Log files are access-controlled and IP addresses are hashed with a keyed HMAC before being written to disk. Every tracking link must carry a valid account identifier, and every destination is validated server-side before the redirect is issued; the checks that apply are listed in our redirect transparency policy. The destination host of every click is recorded so that misuse of an account is visible in our reporting.

11. Changes

We will update the effective date at the top of this page when this policy changes. Material changes affecting the categories of data we collect will be described in a short changelog on this page.
